Pr. Brad Fuerst is a farm boy from Nebraska, a St. Olaf College and Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary alum, a Methodist pastor's spouse, and a father of three phenomenal little "Luthodists": Holden (7), Hadley (5) and Harper Lee (3).
After one year of ministry among us, he's well on his way to becoming a Longhorn. Before serving the 40 Acres, he served 9 years as the Lutheran campus pastor to Rice University and the University of Houston. And before that, he taught high school English at Omaha North High School.
Pr. Fuerst enjoys cycling, running, cooking, reading the New York Times, geeking out over liturgy, and brewing beer. He has an addiction to Starbucks, but he’s working on that.
